In the case of this beautiful home, the Interior Designer was also the client and we were particularly proud to create an architectural environment to compliment the elegant interior appointments furnished by the owner's shop, Villa Vici. In addition to the major residence, design requirements for this riverfront estate included a new Cabana building with guest quarters, swimming pool with flagstone terrace, European parking court, site planning and landscaping the grounds. Special features of this unique home include thick limestone countertops, antique pine floors, designer lighting fixtures for artwork, solid limestone mantels and twin marble showers in the master bath.
