Site Planning includes inspection and evaluation or selection of the building site.

Of primary consideration are sun orientation, views, existing trees and vegetation, contours, drainage and the proximity of neighboring structures. The objective of the site plan is to properly position the new residence and all accessory structures on the building site in a fashion that best captures the unique characteristics of the property.

     The conceptual design for a new residence is the fundamental premise to which all other design decisions are subordinated. It is the central building theme that presents the spirit of the design in context with the site. It is essential that the design concept embody the Owners' programmatic requirements.
