Designing a fine home requires a considerable amount of talent drawn from a number of sources.      It is the architect's task to develop the residential design concept based upon programmatic requirements provided by the owner. This information generally includes a description of the required spaces, special activity areas, architectural style, design features, finishes, preferred

materials, appliances, fixtures and cabinetry. Many clients choose to collect magazine pictures and photographs depicting desired features to be incorporated into the design of their new home.
